I remember how excited I was a few years back when I finally uploaded my personal photo website. It was an all Flash site, my own design and the price to have it custom made was right.
I knew iPhones couldn’t open Flash sites, but hey, I thought Apple would soon allow it to run. That turned out to be a mistake and when iPads became popular and I saw quite some photographers, and presumably editors too, using them, I seriously started te get worried. Was I missing out on possible assignments? Who knows?
This time I decided to make the site myself. It took me about a month to learn making a site in html, slowly, google-ing for solutions for big and small problems.
Finally, it is here and I think it looks good enough too!
